A place to empower others with actionable financial knowledge. As a business professional I started businesses. Over and over, I’ve done so with a very high successful rate. With everything I’ve learned from doing so I’m looking forward to giving you guys all the information I can to get you guys on the same path to success. Using my financial planning skills I able to come up with a plan from anyone at any point they are in their life. I’ve done almost everything you can do in the real estate work you can do other than build the house with my bare hands. But I’ve hammered some nails. With a background in accounting help me learn so much about money. The kind of information that people pay handsomely for. But I know most people can’t afford to pay for those lessons. That’s why this blog was created for those people looking for help. A little more about my background I have a degree in business administration from ISU. I minored in accounting. I knew I wanted to start building a portfolio right out of school. I did so by starting my 3rd business when I graduated. Once I had saved enough money I jump into the real estate world. I was wholesaling, flipping, renting, doing new builds, and everything in between. Took more of my profits and started to invest it to allow my money to work for me. Doing so I was able to gain a nice amount of passive income. With all I’ve done I’m still learning so much. With social media, crypto, and Ai, it really keeps me on my toes. I just want to continue to grow and help as much as can. Thats why I’m here my friends.
